No, the leash and collar are not recommended for aggressive dogs.
To do this, open the knot on the collar and adjust it to the neck circumference with some leeway.

The PALOPA Mila dog collar is a practical martingale collar. When pulled, it tightens to the dog's neck circumference and loosens again as soon as the leash is relaxed. Even with stronger pulling, the dog's neck will not be constricted.
