Of course, you can return items to us within 14 days as long as all labels are still attached and the item is in its original condition.
We will cover the return shipping costs for you – but only once per order.
This means: If you want to return several items from one order, we will only cover the return costs for the first return .
If you return additional items from the same order later, we ask that you bear the return shipping costs yourself.
Our tip:
If you are unsure about several items, it is best to return them together in one package – this will save you additional shipping costs.
You can request a return label in the returns portal: https://palopa-pets.returnsportal.online/
Print the shipping label and attach it to the outside of the package. Then drop off the package at a DHL Parcelshop near you.
Alternatively, you can show the QR code on your smartphone at a branch, parcel shop, delivery person, or DHL Packstation. DHL will print the label for you.
Once we receive your return, the purchase amount will be credited to your account within 14 days at the latest. We will use the same payment method and account number you used for your original purchase for the refund.
I received a faulty/incorrect item. What should I do?
