Of course, you can return items to us within 14 days as long as all labels are still attached and the item is in its original condition.

You can request a returns label in the DHL returns portal: https://www.palopa-pets.com/dhl-de

Please fill out all required information completely and correctly. Enter the customer number, process number or order number in the “Order number” field and click “continue”.

Place the delivery note (if you still have one) in your package along with the goods, print out the DHL returns label and stick it on the outside of the package. You can then drop off the package at a DHL parcel shop near you.

As soon as we have received your return, the purchase amount will be credited to you within 14 days at the latest. For the refund we will use the same payment method and account that you used for your original purchase.

I received a faulty/wrong item. What should I do?
